Honor 5X Help.

I bought an Honor 5X last week (yeah an old phone now because I got one pretty cheap-brand new).

 

My problem is that the RAM management is pretty bad on it and it frequently shuts down background Apps because of the Custom EMUI.

 

My question is that-

 

Would installing Stock Android improve RAM management?

Any adverse effects?
