I designed a build using the website PC part picker as many people say it tells you all issues and compatible parts, the website states issues, however I don't know what it means or what they are please check for yourself.

Build: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/sT89pb

It means that if you have an m.2 ssd in one or in both of the m.2 slots on your motherboard then one of the many sata ports you have will be disabled. Its fine though. Even if you populate both you still have 4 sata ports to connect drives.

Unsure what power supply to pick?

Check out my HTPC build.

Quote me/others so we can help you

It means no worries for the rest of your days

basically when you plug that transcend ssd m.2 to the m.2 slot,. one of the sata slot will be disabled (the sata slot that uses to connect your regular sata 2.5" ssd and 3.5" hdd) so you can only use the remaining 5
