Pc wont boot

Hey,

booting up my budget PC one day and it posts but then shuts off, I restart it and this time doesn't post and shuts off. Decided to take a crack at it and removed the GPU and memory as welll as my hard drives. Booted no post (as expected) and the motherboard beeps detecting no ram. When I plug in the ram it does the same thing as before, gpu seems fine.

Just need some help.
