Windows 10 Windows Key

Go to solution Solved by Ralms,

I feel stupid now.

Today when starting my PC I noticed that right as Windows was booting and apps opening in System tray that the Windows key was working.

So story short, MSI Dragon Center had an option disable-ling the Windows Key looolol.

All good now.
`Just though of posting this here in case someone in the future doesn't notices it either.

Hi there,

Ive been having this issue for months and its not my first time. I just never bothered to fix it but Im in the spirit for some troubleshooting.

The issue is really weird, basically Windows completely ignores the Windows Key and wont do any action, like window snapping, changing Virtual Desktops, change windows, opening the start menu.

At first I though it could be the keyboard, but it isnt, a fresh Windows install will work for a bit and break it self.

On top of that, it doesnt work either with Virtual Keyboard (Keyboard on-Screen).

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Ralms.

P.S.: I'm a fairly advanced user in Windows so you can ask me to try anything you think of as long as it makes sense, like Registry, etc.

i look after a bunch of 2016 precisions at work and a few of them have done something similar to this. All but a few shortcuts involving the windows key simply refuse to do anything. they are all running windows 10, unfortunately i dont know a fix, as i simply clone them whenever this happens, but hopefully someone has an answer here.
