no need to buy extra thermal paste. the noctua paste is some of the best. Also get 16gb of ram instead of just 8gb. Rest looks good to me.

That case can fit a Noctua NH-D15

I'd get 16GB of RAM

You are fine with 550w to save cost

No need for thermal paste

D-15, no need for extra paste, get 16gb RAM, and this is just y opinion that the p400s looks better :P, though you may disagree.
