Minecraft Hamachi server problem

Hello!

My and my other 2 friends want to get into minecraft again. While one (friend 1) of my friends can join our hamachi server, the other (friend 2) cant.

Cant find any solutions online so i hope someone can help me out here..

Things we tried: (friend 2)
- Turning off firewall on
- Adding hamachi to the firewall

- Turning off the antivirus
- Making new hamachi networks
- We even let (friend 2) host the server, and me and (friend 1) could not connect to the server.
