black screen when starting the pc

Hello guys.

when i start my pc the bios is loading fine until i get to the windows loading and nothing shows up. Only when i restart my pc every single time after a first startup it will  load fine.

this is stupid, how do i fix this?

Try a reinstalling windows, i dont what you have to press, but you have to press not to delete data, but reinstalling the OS

Do you know if Windows is actually booting up during the first start-up? Set Windows to play the start-up sound every time on boot. You'll need to disable Hybrid Boot for the start-up sound to play.

can you boot into safemode normally? if it does, could be a driver issue

yes it does. but i cant do anything really instead of rebooting
