Help with new display

Hey guys,

 

About to buy the following gear for a new PC build and have no idea what i should be looking at for displays.

Currently have a budget of max $500 AUD would like to keep it towards the $400 though. Would really like something in the 27" zone. Monitor will be used for gaming/Graphic design

Been looking at the above type monitors but not sure because it uses Freesync which i have been told will be of no bennifit to me and i should be looking for Gsync.

 

any one shed some light and recommend me a monitor that will compliment my setup or point me in the right direction.
