English language question

Hey guys

 

I have a little question. I am currently writing my resume and in the language skills section there is one word I am not sure I can use or not.
It goes like this ↓   Can I write ''basics'' if I wanna show that I have a low level. I wanted to write noob but ... 

English	Fluent (TOEIC 960/990 May 2016)
Japanese	Fluent (JLPT N1 Dec 2013)
French	Native
German	Basics

I wouldn't write "Basics" as in plural, since that sounds weird.

 

I might change it to "Basic knowledge" or "Beginner/Intermediate".
