A question about VRAM overclocking

Hi guys I've always wanted know this but I have the VRAM overclocked on my 1070. The memory clock is 9066MHz effective, does this mean the memory speed is 9Gbps?

Remember that the main difference when you OC the VRAM is the increase in memory bandwidth, if you want to know by how much did the bandwidth increase when you OC the card, download GPU-Z and check what it reports before and after OC
