Since I updated my Windows 10 desktop on March 31, every time I log in I am brought to a solid color screen (green or grey) or the login screen freezes shortly after logging in. I can boot into Safe Mode and uninstall the graphics driver, allowing me to log in in normal mode. If I stay in normal mode and install the graphics driver, everything is back to normal until I need to log in again. So the issue is if there is any video driver installed (Windows automatically installed one or straight from Nvidia with the windows one not installed), Windows will essentially freeze a few seconds after logging in. I've tried clean boot as well with no difference. I am starting to think this is a bug in one of the March 2017 Windows 10 updates.
