How much would you value this rig?

I'm thinking about selling my gaming PC I built almost a year ago because I want to build a new fully watercooled PC and I made some choices whilest building my current PC that makes it kind of irrational to upgrade how I want to.

Specs

I5 3570k overclocked to 4.2ghz

Cooler Master HAF932 Advanced case

Swiftech H220 liquid cooler

Gigabyte wind force 7950

120GB Samsung 840 ssd + 2TB storage

Asrock z77 extreme4 motherboard

OCZ Z series 1000w 80+ gold certified PSU

Upgraded h220 fans to noctua nf f 12s

..I might have forgot some other things but that's the beef of it. I posted it on Kijiji (local selling site in Canada) for $1000 just to see if I could get it and one person offered $900. Do you think this rig at a year old perfect condition is worth more? Thanks

Me: Yeah I just really can't get my H220 working again, I've tried everything that was suggested in the forum.

Brian (Swiftech Support): Hmm, have you tried slapping it?

Is there any physical damage to it?

How hardcore did you use it?

But probably around 1000bugs

Maybe little scratches on the bottom of the case but no nothing noticable. Hasn't been pushed hard at all mainly just played wow, minecraft and LoL. I though 1k was reasonable as well

900? That's way to mutch IMO. Like 600-700$

My Pc: Cpu: I7 4790k @ 4,8 Ghz @1,25 volts, Motherboard: Maximus VII Formula, Graphicscard: 2x Titan X @1,4 at stock voltage (soon to be replaced), Ram: 32 gb Corsair Dominator Platinum 2133 Cl 9, SSD: 2x 850 Pro 1 Tb in Raid 0, 2x Samsung 840 Evo 1 tb raid 1,, PSU: Corsair HXi Series 1000W 80+ Platinum, Case: H440. Soon to be watercooled again, maybe, probably, the Titans are too loud.

When you sell to a non tech guy: Point out it´s liquid cooled and OC!

Always sounds expensive

I would personally just sell it to the person that offered you 900. That is probably the most you could get for it.

Ya that might be a good choice, I could probably get a little more on eBay but with over $100 in sellers fees plus shipping would be a nightmare with this thing, definitely not worth it

Or just put new graphic card inside. Like 780ti and be done with it.

Or has watercooling bug bit you :P ?

Yeah you could say that aha, I want to custom watercool the GPU and CPU and upgrade to an i7 because I think hyperthreading will help in future games, and the case isn't the best for me and I really didn't color coordinate everything so if I can I'd rather start fresh
