I'd argue against both - the 7600k will bottleneck 1070 in most CPU heavy titles like GTAV and the like. 

 

And the Ornata is a shitty keyboard. Really bad.

You can if you want to - it's not required, and the z270 architecture doesn't offer any performance difference or change over Z170, and has some newer features like Optane and stuff to boot.

sure, why not? not much of a difference between the 6700k and 7700k tbh, and you save some bucks going with the 6700k.

and the 1080's, is it bad if go 1070. i probably only play 1080p. i would guess that the 1070 would be enough

for 1080p 60hz even an rx 480/gtx 1060 6gb/r9 fury would be more than enough. for 1080p 144hz a gtx 1080 would help to get 144hz in more demanding games.

for 1080p 60hz it's overkill but it'll work.
