R9 380 Dying?

I have a Sapphire Nitro+ R9 380 and recently it has been acting pretty weird... At random times it will start showing glitchy looking random colours on the screen and then restart or blue screen.

 

At the beginning of this video you can see the weird colours briefly before blue screening. WARNING: OUT OF FOCUS

Possibly just drivers.

I've tried lots of different versions of the drivers and it still does this
