GPU does not get detected

Hello

 

Today I downloaded some new drivers and i saw that my nvidia control panel has been removed. This happend to me earlier in these 2 months. I downloaded DDU removed the display driver and tried downloading a new one, a 7-zip:data error happend. Then the video card did not detected. Should I reset the system. Is my pc even usable anymore for gaming ? Dell Inspiron 15 7559

Not sure what a reset does, but I imagine it resets your entire OS (windows) back to factory settings. A system restore point lets you restore your (software) system back to a point where everything did work properly.
