Black screen After loading desktop

Hi, I have a r7 260x and I was having unusual FPS and some artifacts on screen so I uninstalled the driver with DDU and after doing so I was stil having problems in screen and with amd wattman and the GPU was running at really low clock. Now I Can only access in Safe mode or without installing any driver or I have a black screen a few seconds After booting. NOTE: I installed amd software v.16.something that run fine in the past

Hey thank you for your reply but hopefully I have solved the problem. Don't know exactly how, I reuninstalled the drivers and any application linked with the gpu, updated DDU, run DDU twice and installed only the essential drivers without any settings application.

Everything seems ok except the GPU voltage in Hwmonitor that is strange but temperature are ok
