Help my choose a GPU

  Recently i've had some problems with my GPU drivers, and for a big amount of time, i wanted to upgrade my GPU cuz it was already so freakin' old. (Palit Nvidia Geforce GT620 2GB) In a nutshell i already knew that a R9 270X would be perfect but as a cheep-ling that i am, i saw that it needed 500W PSU (i saw a specific model with 3 fans) and i have a damned 400W PSU, so i've really didn't knew what to get. I have a pretty out-of-support CPU Core 2 Quad , so what can you recommend me buying, i have a little budget of 175$ for a GPU and those are literaly my B-Day money. I'll leave some choices, i will also say that i'm not buying in the US because i don't live there, but i do have close-people that live there and it will take somewhere 4 months to send it to me in Eastern Europe. (One time they had to ship me DDR2 ECC Memory, which is really rare here, and they bought it in October and got to me in early February)

I am trying hard rn to find minimum psu specs, but they are unreacheble. I also want the GPU to be future-proof.

But i am quite impressed, i saw someone selling a R9 370X, but it pretty expensive.

 

EDIT: After reading on Guru3D, i saw this which is higher than i have, as was i right in the first post.
