own mailserver control page

Hi,

 

in the near future I want to build an own mailserver on linux. Before I will start: Are there any solutions for a free (or cheap) web control for an user account?

 

Additional I want to add an pgp signature module.

 

Are there any good software solutions (maybe template-solutions on typo3,...)?
