Okee doke. If I can't get the Fulla 2, which I actually can, would the Dragonfly be the next best thing?

^^

Only reason I said this is because my local HiFi shop sell the DRgonfly and will let me test and refund it if necessary. Bit more of a hassle with the Fulla 2.

well, I would rather get a Micca Origin+ over the Dragonfly, but after that yes sure get a Dragonfly.

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

My main Headphones and IEMs:  K612 pro, HD 25 and Ultimate Ears Reference Monitor, HD 580 with HD 600 grills

DAC and AMP: RME ADI 2 DAC

Speakers: Genelec 8040, System Audio SA205

Receiver: Denon AVR-1612

Desktop: R7 1700, GTX 1080  RX 580 8GB and other stuff

Laptop: ThinkPad P50: i7 6820HQ, M2000M. ThinkPad T420s: i7 2640M, NVS 4200M

Feel free to pm me if you have a question for me or quote me. If you want to hear what I have to say about something just tag me.

Unfortunately, the Origin + suffers the same issue of availibilty as the Fulla 2. Just before I consider buying the Dragonfly, or testing it, are there any other recommendations whcih are available on Amazon UK? Thanks

with this budget, not really. The rest of the combos in this budget are rather meh or bad.

Dammit. I forgot to mention, for the price would it make more sense to buy a Fiio X3? From what I understand, it is a FLAC/ WAV player and DAC. By that does it mean it can be used as a DAC for another device or just for itself?

from my understanding, the X3 is purely a DAP(Digital audio player) and therefore not something you can hook up to your PC and use as a DAC amp, but either way it isn't that powerful at all.

Thanks. That cleared things up. I'll go test the DragonFly soon.
