Setup for streaming

I started a stream and youtube channel for Magic: the gathering. I am currently using a logitech c615 and a blue snowball microphone on obs. You can see the quality we reached here: 

We reached this point by using a tent indoor to block glare, used cownboy studio reflective umbrella lighting (https://www.cowboystudio.com/product_p/bw1200wkit.htm) to control the light and messed with the settings. Currently commentary is done on a desktop 25 feet away using a 30ft usb cable with repeater.

 

I want to upgrade and I would like your feedback.

 

The audio seems silent, which is awkward since we can't talk silent enough so the playing table can't hear us. It also is a problem when we add background music. Is there a way to address this? 

 

I want the video to be clearer without adding more light, which camera would you suggest that works in low light settings like these while streaming in actual 1080p (this cam only streams in 720) so the cards are more recognisable?

 

I am currently thinking logitec 920 and a yeti microphone, while considering the Logitech Brio 4K. Any better suggestions?

To be clear, the Blue Snowball is a loaner, I will be buying an additional microphone of my own to create a home studio to do deck techs.

Firstly, good lights and light setup is the key to a good looking video. The setup of the lights is the most important, but also using the right ones will help. Personally I'm not super into video lights so I will not give any reccomendations. There are several others that are better on that. 

 

Secondly, what budget do you have? We could give you a list of a lot of very expensive equipment for both video and audio gear.

I would like to keep the investment under $500, aiming more at decent entry level equipment.
