Problems lowering CPU Vcore volts

Okay I have an MSI z270 SLI PLUS MB with an i7 7700k running at stock 42.-4.5 Ghz. Under load the CPU is using 1.24v to 1.27v. I know it can run easy at 1.195v if i set it to fixed value . Can someone please tell me how i can have it on adaptive and still set a limit to how much max CPU volts it can scale to? Thank you so much in advance.
