basically, I've sent a pair of headphones back to corsair 3 (2 times for the hs40's) times because they were defective, they upgraded my (despite the headphones they then gave me being worse) and now I have my original ones (model). but they have not sent the voids back which I got in January, I have lost the audio converter and the have not asked for them back besides giving me an RMA label for free.
