Bluetooth issues.

For some weird reason, I can no longer detect my PC on bluetooth. I bought a dongle and even that isn't working.

 

I know it's not my PS4 controller, I can find it on my phone and connect to it. But neither my phone or controller can find the PC. 

 

Anyone got any ideas? Thanks for the help :)

Have you put the PC into discoverable mode? If not, no devices can see it.
