Computer will not boot

my computer will not post. 

I think it is the motherboard because I moved the cable from my video card into the motherboard and it still does not post. please help.

Do any fans spin? Have you tried removing the GPU entirely? Have you tried without all sticks of RAM together? Do you have/can you buy a motherboard speaker to see beep codes?

all of the fans spin but sometimes they go crazy like they are getting too much voltage, i tried removing the GPU but still nothing will try removing the ram too see what happens

 

I was playing with some really strong magnets around this pc so i may have just fried my pc...
