Can't Fine Model Number

Hello!

I was upgrading a BRAND NEW Dell Inspiron 15 P66F with an SSD and the ribbon cable popped off of the old hard drive sata connection and broke. I have tried typing in all of the model numbers listed on the ribbon cable but nothing is coming up in my search and I need to get a replacement cable ASAP. The cable looks like this:

NOTE THAT THE CABLE BENDS 90 Degrees.

The listed numbers are:

BAL20_HDD_FFC

NBX0001YV00 REV:1.0(A00)

HTK(KT555) 2016/09/09

Sorry I can't help you with the cable, but I can give you advice.

 

This is why you don't pull on the cable itself, but instead the connector.

If its brand new do not try to fix it.RMA
