It's enough, however you have another issue, the Asus M5A97 LE motherboard lacks the necessary VRM cooling to support the FX 8350.
Get the Asus M5A97 R2.0 instead and get an FX 8320, you can easily overclock it to match the 8350 and save yourself some money.
Put that into a more capable power supply and a good CPU cooler.

Get the ASUS M5A97 R2.0 as was suggested. It's a great board for overclocking for the price and a XFX 550W PSU should be plenty.
