I have an MSI H110M -Pro-D with an I7-7700K Processor, and Team Elite Plus 8GB 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200) Desktop Memory Model TPD48GM2400HC1601, currently no GPU(but have tested with a gpu still no psot), OK so my issue is whenever I attempt to turn on the system i get not screen flash and no post there will be a video file attached that will show the debugger leds on post attempt. the fan for the cpu cooler spins up upon boot so i am pretty sure it is not an power issue and am not sure if it is an issue with RAM compatibility or the CPU.

You need a skylake processor so you can boot up. Cause I'm pretty sure your motherboard doesn't have any other way to do it.
