nope, best you can do is use cydia and customize a bit.

It voids the warranty if you take the device into a store when its jailbroken, but if you delete the jailbreak and give it to them they'll never know.

yhman its well known that jailbreaking an iphone violates apple's TOS

 

i always figured though that you can root an android phone legally because its based of linux/GNU right ? or is that completely wrong ?
