Android nougat S7 Notifications setting

Hi all,

I am looking for a certain notification setting for my apps on my Samsung S7 Edge. I thought I was looking for something simple but it seems not to be this simple...

What I want is that certain Apps ONLY send me a popup banner at the top with no vibrations, when I have my phone set to "only vibrate". I don't care if they make notification sounds when I have my phone set to "loud". 

In the advanced notification setting I can set 2 settings: One to allow notifications (with popup, sound and vibration) and the second one to mute the app (no sound, vibration and popup.

If I set both settings to on, It will mute the app with no sound, no vibration and no popup banner on the top.

 

My question is, is it possible to set certain apps to the following: If I set my phone to "vibrate", certain apps should make no sound, no vibration but still show a popup banner at the top? Is this somehow possible?
