Help is needed, BSOD

I have a thinkpad t61 with a v300 240g and windows 10. It always says 

DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

What failed netwlv32.sys

when it bsods

Boot into safe mode, open up device manager, uninstall your wireless driver, then download the latest version from Intel.

I also forget how to boot safe mode in win10

Had the same error a while ago, this fixed it for me (says Win 8, but works for 10)

It's either ThinkPad's own, Sierra, or Intel. If you have the wrong one installed, may explain why it's BSOD'ing.

It could also be the Ethernet driver, since Intel make Ethernet chips too. And it could have gone bad on the board.
