You have plenty of wattage so perhaps you have a bad PSU or maybe a bad PSU cable. I also recommend checking your CPU temps using core temp to verify something isn't wrong with your AIO. Check if all you case/rad fans are spinning.

 

This problem is almost always a heat or power issue

I thought that to when it first started happening, Luckily I had a warranty so I thought I was good. When the new psu came in I had the same problem. I was not asked to return the cables though. How Would I check out if I had any bad cables? i'll also check the temps

There should be a black jumper on the motherboard, usually you have to remove it and place it on the next pair of pins (read mobo BIOS). Alternatively, remove the CMOS battery and wait for a bit.

 

That's pretty strange though, I guess it's not a PSU issue. Maybe the motherboard is bad?
