PC stuck on asus screen

So when i try to start up my computer it gets stuck on the asus screen.Keyboard does not seem to work.Its like its frozen.

Just plug out the CMOS battery and plug it back in and/or RAM (works for me every time)

Is the hardrive alright, also check the boot priority in bios setup
