Best budget case?

Hello, I'd like your suggestions, what case should I pick? (ATX mobo, RX480 gaming X GPU, Pure Rock CPU cooler). Preferably it doesn't cost a fortune and that is as quiet as possible.

 

I was thinking to get something like corsair Carbide series 270R, but I don't quite like the top being so open... Also what case fans I should go with, since i'm trying to make as quiet as possible computer...

NZXT S340 is around 50-60ish if that is fine

That looks fine, also I saw a review that the elite is better version of this case. Is it really that better that it's worth 30more euros?

Hmm, I'l think about this option. Also maybe you know how many fans are included in this case and if I should get any more or replace these with others?

Check out the Phanteks P400 series. Very good build quality and inexpensive. Here is my p400s and my wife's p400 tg.
