Black screen

Hi all 

so before I start my specs are

780 Founders edition 

core i7 3300k ( I think it was a few years ago when I built the systems)

8gb ram 

asus gaming force mother board

Windows 10 64bit

issue: 

okay so when start my computer it just won't get past a black loading screen after boot and I have no clue how this happend I've tried to do a start up repair and that didn't work and safe mode doesn't get me fair ether. And i have an old backup ( I think on my other drive) but it won't find it even when i go to were it's located. There is a photo with out the loading circle

Try hitting the restart button. Had this issue before, could be an OS problem but I boot to windows after doing a reset after that blank screen.

I've tried that many times, anything else can you think of??

is going to safe mode in CMD possible? you can try repairing the windows files by typing sfc /scannow
