Case - Mother concern

Guys, I'm looking to build a new setup and I have come to a problem concerning the front usb compatibility between motherboard and case.

The case options are these:

And the most likely mother to buy is this:

Case offers 2 front USB 3.0 while the mother offers USB 3.1 connectors. How is this dealt with? Are the connectors the same, so they run at 3.0 speeds? Do I need an adapter to achieve this?

The 3.0 and 3.1 connectors are the same

You will get 3.1 speeds from the front
