cpu power setting change without authorization

so my power settings changed on its own

it looks like the newest windows update did this, my pc sleep mode was turned to off and power management to performance instead of balance

im on intel platform not on ryzen, was anyone affected like this with the newest windows update??

what was it on pre update and after update be clearer with your answers :)
