It just depends on your application really, for maximum performance you want more surface area for potential cool so having a high fin density or ones with double stacked fins can help with that. That comes with the downside of require high RPM fans to force the air through, compared to lower FPI rads which are more for silence.

It depends on your application and what you can fit in your case, some good options are Alphacool, Hardware Labs, EKWB to name a few.

If you're looking for slim radiators optimized for low RPM fans, you'll want to look for low fin density or low fins per inch count (FPI).

 

Hardware Labs and Alphacool have that covered pretty well.
