PC Issues, Need Help

Hi

 

So for the past few days, ive been having some very strange issues

 

Any time i try to open a program, it either doesnt start the process, or it does start the process, but nothing happens.

When this happens, i cant even acess my task manager, it just doesnt work.

I have to reboot about 10 times for it to work, then its fine, but it starts doing it again the next day

 

Bad RAM?

Before you blame any hardware, check if there are any damaged files in your operating system. Fire up CMD as administrator. Type in "sfc /scannow" then enter. This may take a few minutes, once done, restart your PC and check if it still does the same.

Go to Chrome's settings page then hit show advanced settings at the bottom then scroll down to the bottom and uncheck Continue running background apps when Google Chrome is closed and Use hardware acceleration when available. Restart the pc and check again.

Im not using chrome, and its every application, including windows processes like cmd and task manager

I just got some of my apps to start after 12 reboots

When you say you are not using chrome, you mean you don't have it installed or that issue, in your opinion, happens when you are not using chrome?

Not installed, im a firefox person

Ok so i did that and it said there were not any corrupted files or whatever (cant remember exactly what it said)

As for now, the issue seems to be fixed, but that may be because i re-seated all the RAM and changed which slot they were in
