GTX 980Ti, Display Problem

I recently upgraded from an HD 7970 to a 980Ti and I am running a triple monitor setup. I am using a displayport to DVI-D adapter, an HDMI to DVI-D adapter, an a DVI-D cable. The monitor that is giving me a problem is the one using a DVI-D cable, it's not using any adapter. Whenever I plug in the monitor is does not get a signal and goes into sleep mode. Can you help?

Does it work by itself if the other monitors are detached?
