Since a few days my browser randomly time-outs when trying to visit websites, this appears to happen to google.com first and after a few minutes I can't access any website, regardless of Browser. I tried restarting my router but only a system restart helps.

I'm mainly using Chrome 56.0.2924.87 on Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 64-bit. My router is an Arcor EasyBox A 300 WLAN (connected via ethernet cable).

you can try a few things in command prompt first.

do a dns flush: ipconfig /flushdns

Next will be a software you should download and run called CCLeaner. I think your cookies and temp files etc are causing issues. Download CCLeaner and run it and then give it a whirl.
