Ok i have urgent question

What is the distance of Homeplug network and can it be done through outside home electric network.

If i have lets say store at one place with electric network for that store can i have internet coverage lets say two entrances away but its the same building. Store in ground floor and apartmant in two entraces away on lets say 5th floor.. Its not the same electric network but its the same building which uses same electric wiring in whole buidling. What im trying to achive is that i want to use existing internet which i have in my store but my apartmant is two entraces away. It does not use same powergrid meter but can homplug coumminicate with each other even if those two places are not connect electrily with each other. Thats why i mention its the same building which uses wiring through out whole buidling but every apartmant have own powergrid meter. I would like to know if this is possible at all

I am concern if electric network aka apartmant powergrid if that is close system electric wise. Does powermeter block frequences in this case internet over electricity because those two plugs will use electricity. The question is not that i want to steal electicity but rather are there any limitations so homeplug can communicate over electircity outside electric network. In this case outside powergrid meter output and another powergrid meter input. Cant explain it better. Hope somebody understands the question

P.S and if somebody can suggest good homplug which uses advance noise canceletaion (noise recution)

bummer

i was surfing on cnet now and read that if its the same building others in different apartmants could tap in in network if they have their own homeplug but also that latest homeplugs have build in security which prevents that. I hoped someone had good knowlegde about powergrid networking capabilities. I ask because i dont want to buy something which doesnt work. My second option is external repeater with higher signal antenna
