Quick Question... regarding Laptop Displays

Hello,

Quick question for you guys, i've noticed a few times that when I'm randomly watching a youtube video, while working on my 2nd monitor (1 monitor has yt video, other has work), that the laptop monitor will go black, then go back on, as the video is playing.

Is this a warning sign for something, such as I'm straining the Igpu, old mobo, or that my connection (vga) between my 2nd monitor and laptop is loose somewhat, and typing on my mechanical keyboard causes it to vibrate slightly out of alignment?
