Help needed Recording editing

I need help on what parts are needed to record gameplay and would this be good enough for that.

 

P.S. I'll be using Obs for recording and maybe even streaming

yeah a i5 is fine for recording gameplay and streaming given you have enough ram and all that and buying used is fine as long its from a reputable source

no problem and for editing you can go to the gopro website and get a free editing software its basic but will rok until you can afford a good editng sofware

in  my opinion it will work will it be his best option no but if he wants that processor it will be fine.

It's fine for what he wants to do but it's not fine when for brand new and less price he can get this

My budget is $400 -430

For what? CPU or something else with it? You could get last gen i7 with that budget. Or save bit and get Haswell/Devils Canyon i7.

Umm the case 250 hard drive some ram umm that's about it. I have the monitor key board and mouse

How much and what RAM? Used prices will be something I can't really estimate. In here everything is bit more expensive. But you could fit non-K i5 from Haswell/DC, some cheap-o mobo and 2tb hdd. Plus GPU, but someone else would be better to check on those. I haven't followed those in years.

Your better off just saving more to be honest.

I am also building a budget pc for recording I am using a $285 Intel i7 but I doubt you could use that. A graphics card you could use would be rx for your build.
