File record segment Unreadable

Hello! My brother has been telling me that he keeps getting Blue Screens every day. He also told me some files were getting corrupted. I began to run a chkdsk scan and 4 file record segments were unreadable. What does this mean and what could happen in the future? Help is appreciated, thanks

sounds like his hard drive is potato, i'd suggest you use crystal disk info to get a more accurate reading on that statement

I opened up Crystal Disk Info and instantly it said there were some issues (Caution)

 

Attached is what was causing the issues.
