Asrock Error Code 0C

So i just finished my build,

Ryzen 1800x

GTX TITAN X 

Asrock X370

16GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance LED Ram

so after trying to overclock (using corsair h110i 280mm) when I restart the dr debut gives my error code 0C. I tried everything, reinstalling CPU, RAM, Cooler, and removing and putting back in the cmos battery, nothing worked. And as far as I'm concerned, there is no code 0C.

please help
