What is there to troubleshoot?

Want to know which mobo to get?

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

How can i get my gpu usage higher

Get MSI Afterburner(Install RivaTuner when it asks you)/Other monitoring software and open up a game. Check to see how CPU usage is doing. If it's in the high-90's, you'd best upgrade to a DDR4 board, as the CPU you have right now should be perfectly capable of pushing over 60fps.
