WMI Prover host CPU usage

Okay so I'm sick and tired of looking up "sollutions" that doesn't do anything at all.

 

WMI Provider host eats my CPU performance, and atm I'm on a G3258.

I can pause it via services.msc, but it start eating performance after reboot again.

 

What can I do.

The implication is that something is polling your WMI interface.

 

You should double check both the state of infection of your PC (do a GOOD virus scan) and also the status of all other devices on your local network ... some other PC on the local network could be trying to infect you.  Also is your router firewall correctly blocking everything?  -- double check your port forwards to make sure WMI ports are not forwarded.

looks like you might have conduit search installed, try uninstalling conduit search

How would you suggest I do that?

Couldn't find anything about a conduit search.. And that page you linked seems off
