i am looking to mod few stuff in my case and i need help i found i nice side cover for the hard drivers bay and i found nice design for a psu cover but i cant find any website that can maake this parts for me ,,,,,,,,,,

Places such as Cold zero specialize in acrylic backplates and shrouds as long as your provide a design and layout of what you want they can do custom work for you.
