i have noticed a pattern over the years about hardware

i know now what the reason is

intel is 32bit

amd 64

when you marry the two you are able natively run both 32 and 64 bit code

like intel cpu and amd gpu

or

amd cpu with intel gpu

noticed this most with the cuda style gpu computing
