Core Voltage Should I adjust it ?

You could potentially increase the overclock, at the possible expense of the cards live span.

Turn it up to 100%. It just tells the BIOS that it can draw that much extra voltage if it needs it. It doesn't force a constant voltage through it - it changes depending on the load and the core clock it's trying to run at

I say jiggly-bytes when I see "GB".

It goes down better than you would expect.

Upping the voltage on a GPU is for "expert" overclocker.

You can just try a mild overclock without touching the voltage. thats what i recommand you, since you can't really damage your card if you don't touch the voltage.

 

If you touch the voltage, it is possible you do permanent damage. and the gain is so small anyway with gpu overclocking... not worth the risk.. only like pro overclocker do it just to push the limit of the cards for benchmarks per example.

 

Or also enthusiast pc master race people would water cool the card and try to oc as much as they can to achieve 5 more fps in games :P

No, anything you do on the stock BIOS will not cause damage. It isn't like a CPU. You can set the voltage to the highest you want and you will be fine.

Yeah some manufactures even put voltage limits into the card itself. But adding more volts will defiantly help a card become stable. To say OCing doesn't do anything is sorta inaccurate. Any OC over factory will improve FPS and benchmark scores. Also to say it shortens the life, it might but it is probably goes from 15 years to 10 years. Which in GPU terms is obsolete. OC your heart out OP. Free FPS.
